Just a short note to say thank you for all your help with the BBC - Bang Goes the Theory Production- 'Vacuum Gloves' shoot. The demands of filming are very particular, namely constant changes of plan, so it was great to see you cope so easily and with so little fuss.

It was also a big ask of any rope access company to provide the level of paper work pertaining to Health and Safety the BBC demands. Your safety team managed all the set backs in record time and made it look simple.

You were all a big hit with the production team and with the presenter who specifically asked for you to come back after the practice climb - he felt confident that you would prevent him falling which hugely boosted his confidence. It was a massive weight off my mind to know you were involved and no understatement to say it wouldn't have happened without you. Thanks once again for all your help with the shoot and I'll certainly recommend ProAltus in the future.
