A 2 phase refurbishment in partnership with the University of Essex and Phelan construction. The existing concrete surface was DOFF cleaned. All windows sealed with mastic. All expansion joints raked out and replaced and all failing concrete removed and repaired. Working out of term time to reduce the impact on students, the delivery had to be precise and well managed in order to safely coordinate all works within the time scales available.
