This prestigious Knightsbridge property required a combination of façade repairs and a high-specification debris-netting containment system to safely manage the works on a live, tightly constrained residential street. With limited space for traditional access methods and the need to minimise disruption for occupants and neighbours, rope access offered the safest, most efficient solution.

During early surveys, a number of issues were identified: deteriorated areas of render, loose material at height, and several elevations requiring controlled containment during remedial works.
