Appointed by Faraday Property Management, ProAltus delivered a combined access and remedial package at 26 Beaufort Gardens, including render repairs and the installation of a bespoke debris containment system.

With neighbouring gardens directly below the work area, a tailored solution was required to ensure third-party protection throughout the façade repairs. The ProAltus team designed and installed a tensioned debris-netting enclosure, allowing safe access for render removal and reinstatement via rope access.

Once the defective areas were removed, the façade was repaired and recoated using a high-performance breathable finish, restoring the wall’s structural integrity and appearance.

All works were undertaken in accordance with BS EN 1263-1, BS 7883, and the Work at Height Regulations 2005, with IRATA-qualified technicians maintaining strict safety and quality standards from start to finish.

The project was completed on programme, without incident, providing a robust and discreet solution within one of London’s most prestigious postcodes.
