Working under the principal contractor on a high-spec office redevelopment in Mayfair, ProAltus were appointed to provide rope access support for surveying and detailing Corium brick façades.

With no fixed anchors available, our IRATA-trained team installed portable deadweight anchor systems to access multiple elevations. Works included a detailed rope access survey to the west façade and support to fixers working on flashing and coping details to the north and east.

All operations were carried out in accordance with IRATA, ICOP and LOLER, with full rescue planning, exclusion zones, and tool tethering in place. Despite tight access and sensitive finishes, works were delivered safely and without disruption.
