Working on one of Mayfair’s most prestigious streets, ProAltus were engaged to carry out essential rope access cleaning and decorative works to the facade of a period commercial property.

Following consultation with the client and relevant licensing authorities, ProAltus deployed a two-man IRATA-trained team to carry out weed removal from upper roof ledges and complete external window decoration via temporary anchorage systems. Works were delivered under the necessary licence for abseil operations, with alternatives offered to reduce cost and avoid weekday disruption where appropriate.

All activity was completed to a high standard in accordance with local authority requirements, with health and safety, access logistics, and finish quality carefully managed throughout.
