Working alongside Erbay Aluminyum and under the Principal Contractor, Ardmore Construction, ProAltus were appointed to deliver multiple high-level façade packages on the CRS Green Park project in Mayfair.

Our IRATA-trained team provided rope access support for fire-rated glass replacement, cladding installation, and façade detailing, where traditional access methods were not practical.

Using portable EN795 Type E deadweight anchor systems, operatives safely accessed multiple elevations to assist with the replacement of 19 fire-rated glazing units, fixing of flashing and coping details, and surveying of Corium brick façades.

All works were undertaken in accordance with IRATA ICOP, LOLER, and the Work at Height Regulations, with strict exclusion zones, tool tethering, and pre-rigged rescue systems in place.

Despite confined access and sensitive finishes, the project was completed on programme, without incident, and with full coordination between ProAltus, Erbay, and Ardmore site teams.
