Working alongside the contractor and wider project team, we helped develop a practical long-term access strategy for the building, including roof access considerations, fall protection design input, and the installation of permanent safety measures to support future inspection and maintenance works.

As the project evolved, our team responded to site changes, access constraints and follow-on requirements, providing continued support through installation, system adjustments, repair planning, inspection scheduling and O&M documentation. The result was a safer, more coordinated roof access solution designed to support ongoing maintenance and compliance across the completed building.
