Working in partnership with the Property Management company, ProAltus carried out a range of planned preventative maintenance work, including external cleaning but also spot repairs and maintenance on the glazing and façade.
Close communication and detailed reporting enabled the works to be done quickly and efficiently, minimising the number of visits to save costs on this high-end London residential site.
