ProAltus Group was entrusted with the extensive refurbishment and restoration of an iconic building in Fitzrovia, London. As a historic site, the project required a sensitive approach to maintain the integrity of the building’s original features while delivering a high standard of repair and restoration.

Our work involved the use of the DOFF cleaning system, a specialized technique ideal for the delicate cleaning of historic and listed buildings. This ensured the removal of dirt, grime, and biological growth from the façade without damaging the underlying materials. The project also included significant repair and maintenance work to the building’s structure, cladding, windows, and gutters.

The building was successfully restored, with its façade returned to its original grandeur through the use of advanced cleaning and restoration techniques.
